Responsibilities:
A Marketing Research Analyst (MRA) will collect and analyze data on established and prospective consumers as well as competitors involved in marketing and sales of consumer electronics in the eCommerce marketplace. The MRA will conduct research geared toward predicting consumer responses, effectiveness of marketing techniques and testing the demand for new products. The MRA will gather and analyze statistical data on past sales to predict future sales. The MRA will analyze prices and best practice methods of marketing and distribution. The MRA will also assist HTA management with making decisions on the selection, pricing, promotion, and distribution of products, or to determine the advisability of adding new lines of merchandise as customer trends change.
More specifically, the MRA will perform these tasks and summit them to the CEO for review before its performances: Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to specialize in Marketing. An understanding of cultures and language is essential to this job. Learn from our prior market analysis and sales of USA and help to apply this to the markets. Assist with daily meetings for the different departments of our company and educate us on how business is done, and develop new methods of business to fit with the different business culture.
Requirements:
The MRA must have, at a minimum, a Bachelor Degree with courses in marketing, statistics, and business in order to perform research, analysis, and reporting. The Bachelor Degree should have an emphasis on international business in multiple European countries. The MRA must possess strong interpersonal skills and be open to new cultures and business environments. The MRA must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Good computer skills are mandatory. The ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
