Description of position:
The candidate should be able to do system management, network management, tech support, maintain, manage and troubleshoot PC networks, desktops, servers, email and office applications, web sites, ISP connections, wireless and peripherals. Problem solving skills is the major requirement. It is easier to teach a good technician about servers than a server admin about problem solving.
Should be able to self study and learn new products, as well as research problems and find solutions from resources such as on line documentation and the internet resources. Must be upbeat and have good customer interface - excellent English communication required.
Working hours: 40/week
Salary: 30 000 USD/year
