HOUSING
The property makes every attempt to offer housing assistance, this is based on availability. When available, trainees can expect the following:

Dorm Style Bedrooms
- Due to the remoteness of the resort and high cost of living, housing is sometimes a frustrating aspect of living on Captiva Island. The resort has four dorm style buildings that have 40 rooms each and can house over 300 total on the resort property. This dorm style housing is an old hotel that was not renovated so housing for employees could be provided.
- Trainee will share his/her bedroom.
- There is not a kitchen in the room – it is dorm style (a standard hotel room). Most trainees are assigned to the dorm style housing.
- The cost of housing will be accommodated through payroll deductions (see housing fees). All units have 2 people to a room. Single units are not available due to the limited amount of housing on property.
- Co-ed living is not permitted.
- Deposits: $150 per person, deducted from the 2nd and 3rd paycheck.
- Dorm Style housing is $150 - $200 per paycheck through payroll deduction - Includes all utilities except for phone & internet.
- Each resident is responsible for all damages to a room and its furnishings and understands that the cost of repairs and replacements will be charge to all residents in the room.

TRANSPORTATION TO TRAINING SITE
Trainees are responsible for the cost and coordination of transportation to training site. Trainees must fly into Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, Florida or Miami International Airport. Discount Taxi transportation from airport to the hotel may be coordinated if the participants arrive in groups. Individuals who are interested in taking the bus from Miami to Fort Myers should visit Greyhound website for more details. www.greyhound.com

DAILY TRANSPORTATION
There is very limited public transportation. Transportation to and from work will be provided to all associates that live in Fort Myers. In addition, town runs will be made for social security appointments, shopping trips, movies, etc.

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
This host property is Drug Free Work Place. You will be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test. Failure to pass such drug test will result in immediate termination, cancellation of visa sponsorship and immediate repatriation.

SOCIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Upon arrival you will be required to apply for and obtain a social security card. Your host property will provide you with directions and information on how to obtain this card.
