All units have 2 people to a room. Single units are not available due to the limited amount of housing on property. ¨ Co-ed living is not permitted. ¨ Deposits: $150 per person, deducted from the 2nd and 3rd paycheck ¨ Dorm Style housing is $150 - $200 per paycheck through payroll deduction - Includes all utilities except for phone & internet. ¨ Each resident is responsible for all damages to a room and its furnishings and understands that the cost of repairs and replacements will be charge to all residents in the room. ¨ To be eligible for housing, cultural ambassadors or associates must be working and or training at the LXR hotels of Sanibel and Captiva. A resident of the global community may not sublet or rent a room or permit another person to share a room assignment. ¨ The human resources team does not support roommates request or changes without valid reasons and changes are made at the discretion of Human Resources. ¨ AHA and host property housing rules apply and are strictly enforced. Cultural ambassadors must fly into Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, Florida or Miami International Airport.
