| In this position you will be responsible for taking guests food orders, serving food and drinks to the guests. You will be responsible for cleaning tables, resetting tables, using a cash register, making change and making sure that the common areas of the restaurant are neat and clean at all times. You will be responsible for making sure that the orders are correct and delivered to the correct guest. You will also reed to have computer skills as you will be using credit card machines, counting money and you will need to be able to assist customers with their menu selection. | |||

| Pay Rate: 4 USD per hour plus tips
Level of English Required: Fluent Day to report to Employer: 5 days prior to start date Day to arrive in community: 5 days prior to start date Overtime: possible not guaranteed Skills Required: You must have computer skills. You must be able to read and write in english, You must be FLUENT in English. You must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment. You must be very friendly. You must be outgoing. You must be able to work as part of a team and be williing to help your fellow co-workers. It is crucial that you are nice, neat and presentable as you will be working directly with the public. Meal discounts: There is a 30% discount off meals during work shifts. Uniforms: not required. Nearest Intl Airport: Salt Lake City International 250 miles Bus Information: http://www.greyhound.com Train Information: http://www-amtrak.com Housing Information: Must reserve housing with the employer prior to arrival. Students will stay in a house close to the employer. There will be one student per room, with a shared kitchen and front room. Housing Cost: Housing is $225 per month per person. Rent will be deducted from the employee's paycheck. Deposit: There is a deposit of $225. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the program if the room is in a good condition. |
